Bishop Maceo Harris
Abounding in love for his parishioners and overflowing in his dedication to Christ Jesus. Bishop Maceo Harris has shepherded the Lord's flock for the past 32 years. He has ministered training and development as a preacher, administrator, and his evangelism flourished at Vegas View COGIC under the leadership of Pastor C.H. and Mother Stella Parson. There he met and married the love his life Pastor S. Kaye Harris. During the 45 years of their loving marriage, they have parented 8 beautiful children.
While Bishop Harris served faithfully as an Assistant Pastor at Vegas View COGIC, he also attended Charles Harrison Mason Bible College while serving as Director of Evangelism, Choir President, President of Young People Willing Workers and the Coordinator of the Prison Ministry.
In 1992 Bishop and Pastor Harris founded Blood of the Lamb Church of God in Christ, initially located on Main Street. In 1998 the moved to the present location 1103 North Nellis Blvd. Las Vegs, NV 89110 changing the church to non-denominational and renaming the church to Blood of the Lamb Community Ministries in 2000.
Bishop Harris was consecrated to the office of Bishop in 2002. He graduated from Faith Bible institute in 2012, in 2017 he received a certificate of recognition from the office of Govenor Brian Sandoval for his work in the community with the BOTL Food Bank. Although Bishop Harris is known to preach a powerful Word, he is the most prolific at the altar: where he is labored and travailed over souls until deliverance came. Moreover, with his wife by his side they have touched and cared for the community by feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, praying for the sick and shut-in and helping the brokenhearted receive healing from God. Together they exemplify this in their dedication and love and care of the body of Christ.
Pastor S. Kaye Harris
Pastor S. Kaye Harris received the gift of Salvation early in her life. She attended Progressive Church of God in Christ under the leadership of Elder Joseph Prudhome. She later worshipped with Pastor Connie Murray at Goodwill Church of God in Christ. However, it was at Vegas View Church of God in Christ that her Ministry flourished under the leadership of Pastor C.H and Mother Stella Parson. There she was active in ministry as an Evangelist, Missionary, Sunday School Teacher, and Young Woman's Christion Council President. She was also very active in the Hospital and Prison Ministries.
While at Vegas View, she met and married the handsome and charming Maceo Harris. Together over 45 years of marriage they have parented 8 children.
In 1992 God called Pastor S. Kaye Harris to accompany her husband in Pastoring Blood of the Lamb Church of God in Christ. there she served as the administrative Assistant. Supervised the Woman's Department and the Education Department in 1998 they moved to their present location on Nellis changing the church to non-denominational and later in 2000, changing the name to Blood of the Lamb Community Ministries. She graduated from Faith Bible Institute in 2012. Pastor S. Kaye Harris is a gifted, anointed, and powerful servant of God. She currently stands in the office of Prophetess, Teacher, and is a dedicated prayer warrior. She's also known for her hospitality to the saints, cooking spectacular meals, and baking delightful cakes and pies. Moreover, she has proven to be a virtuous woman.
